Ghanaian winger Bernard Morrison missed as penalty as his side AS Vita Club beat Zanzibar champions Mafunzo 3-0 in their CAF Champions League qualifier.
Three goals from Chicco Ikanga, Ngudikama Kila and Glody Ngonda have given AS Vita Club an astounding advantage ahead of the second leg tie.
Morrison could have made it four but missed an opportunity from 12 yards.
Second leg comes off two weeks time at the Stade de Martyrs in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
