Chelsea have decide to let midfielder Cesc Fabregas leave on loan in January, according to reports in The Times.
It is understood manager Antonio Conte prefers to play N'Golo Kante alongside Nemanja Matic in that position, then the Spaniard could try a new experience in order to get more game time.
