Medeama Chief Executive James Essilfie is leading a three-man delegation from the club to Cairo for the CAF Confederation Cup draw on Tuesday.

The hard working chief, who has spearheaded the side's historic qualification into the group stage, is in the company of the team's medical chief Dr Tufuor Kwarteng and the club's deputy Communication man Patrick Akoto.

The ambitious Ghanaian side will know their opponent after Tuesday's draw at CAF's headquaters in Cairo.

The Mauves are Ghana’s sole representative in Africa having progressed to the money zone of the continental competition after eliminating South African Champions Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Ghanaian side had to do things the hard way after recovering from a 3-1 defeat in the first leg to win 2-0 in the second leg.

Medeama will be hoping to make an impact in the Group stages having had an excellent campaign so far.
