Eibar all set to make LaLiga Santander Experience debut

Published on: 08 March 2018

This season sees the LaLiga Santander Experience once again travel the length and breadth of Spain and offer its participants some truly unforgettable memories. The latest stop-off on the adventure is the Basque city of Eibar, where the programme's special guests will be treated to an action-packed weekend, the crowning moment of which will come as they sit back and enjoy Saturday's mouth-watering encounter between SD Eibar and Real Madrid.

Nine LaLiga-watching subscribers to and journalists for the Japanese operators WOWOW, DAZN and Sportsnavi will be treated to an extravaganza which will bring together the most exciting football on the planet, the very best of Spanish culture and all the charm of SD Eibar, the club where their compatriot Takashi Inui plies his trade.

The Armeros' winger is one of the biggest names in Japanese football and will be the focus of attention for the reporters and lucky winners of the competitions run by the networks. This matchday sees Inui's side pit their wits against LaLiga Santander champions Real Madrid, a team brimming with talent and boasting the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos.

The trip is the visitors' prize for their loyalty to the respective operators and their enviable knowledge of the Spanish game. The competition involved the entrants variously following the official Sportsnavi Twitter account, retweeting the competition post or correctly answering a series of questions drawn up by the staff at DAZN. As if the adventure wasn't already exciting enough, as an added bonus, the guests are set to share all the fun of the fare with WOWOW reporter Hideki Nakagawa.

You can follow the group's every move during their time in Spain on social media through the hashtag #LaLigaSantanderExperience or via the official Twitter accounts of LaLiga, WOWOW, DAZN and Sportsnavi.
