Former Ghana coach Avram Grant wants Gerald Nus paid his outstanding bonuses.

Nus, who was one of the assistant coaches at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon, has staged a sit-in protest over his unpaid bonuses.

The Spaniard insists he will not leave the country until his grievances are resolved.

And his former boss Avram Grant has urged the government to fulfill its financial commitments to his backroom staff.

"Gerard and Jamie did a great job, they gave their heart and the people that control the money that is the government must work it out and pay them," he told the BBC

"Gerard should not be in Ghana and not just about him, Jamie and the local staff must all be paid."
