Video analyst Gerard Nus wants to coach Black Stars

Controversial former video analyst of the Black Stars Gerard Nus has shockingly revealed that he is keen on coaching the Ghana after the position became vacant following the exit of Avram Grant.

The Spaniard, who had an ugly stand-off with the Ghana FA admits that the Black Stars coaching job would be too good an opportunity to pass on.

Earlier this month, a six-member committee was mandated by the Ghana FA to find a worthy replacement for Israeli coach Avram Grant, who departed the team after his contract with the Ghana FA elapsed last month.

In an interview with Beach 105.5 FM, the assistant technical director of Rayo Vallecano acknowledges that no coach in the world would ignore the opportunity to handle the team.

“Every coach in the world would love to coach the Black Stars, it is very attractive and looking at the players available, I don’t think a coach will go down on the job if he/she is presented with the opportunity,” he said.

According to reports over the weekend, the Spaniard was involved in a hotel fiasco after he failed to settle bills incurred during his seven-week stay.
