Ghana striker Abdul Majeed Waris has recovered from his wrist injury and has been named in Lorient's team to play Angers this weekend.

The 23-yaer-old missed out on Ghana’s AFCON 2017 qualifier against Rwanda after picking up an injury days before the international break.

He has however recovered in time to make the team for this weekend’s clash against Angers in the French Ligue 1.

Lorient are yet to record a win in the league this season after four round of games and would be hoping the return of Waris would aid them to account for Angers.
