Ghana U-23 midfielder Sannie doubtful for Cameroon clash

Ghana’s U-23 team is sweating on the fitness of midfielder Alhaji Sannie ahead of the crunch semi final tie with Cameroon on Wednesday.

The AshantiGold player sustained an ankle injury in the Black Meteors’ opening All Africa Games defeat to South Africa.

The youngster is the only injury worry for Coach Akwasi Appiah ahead Wednesday’s game to be played in Machava.

The Ghana team has managed to get thus far despite facing several hardships right from its preparations and has been aggravated upon reaching Mozambique.
