Ghana's Under-20 will face South American giants Brazil and Argentina in an eight-nation tournament in South Africa later this year.
Asian giants Japan, Egypt, Nigeria, Cameroon and the hosts complete the pack for the tournament.
The eight teams will be grouped into two pools of four each.
The tournament is being put together by the South Africa Football Association and will be played in Cape Town.
