Young Ghanaian football administrator Roy Arhur is being to become the next Managing Director of local giants Hearts of Oak.

Arthur, a former BA United chief, is largely seen as dynamic figure who can transform the club.

The Phobians are searching for a substantive Managing Director after Vincent Sowah-Odotei relinquished his position to focus on politics.

And a cross-section of the Phobian fans are backing the highly-rated administrator to assume the reign.

“Football is now dynamic in terms player sale, modern administrative structures and as well a young person to steer the affairs of the club,"Fans are quoted by Starr Sports.

"For a young man to solely qualify BA United to the elite league and even went on to transfer over ten players after a season and securing major sponsors for the club this should tell you Hearts will go far with Roy Arthur."
