The Sun says Draman, available from Lokomotiv Moscow, is set for a six-month deal at the KC.
Tigers manager Brown has been tracking Draman since last year's January transfer window.
The Moscow side are keen for the speedy star to return after an impressive loan spell with rivals Krasnodar.
