Liverpool boost as BVB chief hints Pulisic could be squeezed out

Liverpool have been alerted to Christian Pulisic potentially ending up on the market.

The Reds made a bid for Pulisic last summer, only for Borussia Dortmund to insist they have no intention of selling the American winger.

The 18-year-old then signed a new contract with the German club in January, with Liverpool's hopes of signing him looking faint.

However, Dortmund CEO Hans -Joachim Watzke this week admitted that Dortmund have too many attacking players, saying "something could happen" in the transfer market in the summer, says the Liverpool Echo.

Pulisic has scored two goals in 17 games this season.
