Massive boost for Medeama ahead of MO Bejaia clash as powerful defender Daniel Amoah returns

Medeama have been boosted by the return of impressive defender Daniel Amoah ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup tie against MO Bejaia on Wednesday.

The youngster returns to the team after missing the side's 3-1 defeat at TP Mazembe through suspension last week.

The Ghana Under-20 towering centre-back is available for selection and will walk straight into the team to partner Paul Aidoo.

Medeama's defeat in DR Congo has been largely attributed to the absence of the hugely talented figure, who brings massive stability at the back.

Coach Prince Owusu will be a relieved man with the return of the 18-year-old expected to boost his defensive set-up.

Amoah has been a key figure for the Mauve and Yellows in their African campaign so far.

He has been tipped for greatness after excelling heavily with Ghana's Black Satellites.
