Medeama goalkeeper Joseph Halm claims he is being prevented from joining Hearts of Oak.

The young goalkeeper is angling for a move away from the Tarkwa-based side following the arrival of Foli Adade from Ebusua Dwarfs this off-season.

Halm has already agreed to a behind the scenes deal to join Hearts who look to challenge strongly for the Premier League title in the upcoming season.

But the ex Ghana youth star says the Mauves are frustrating his preferred move to the Phobians.

"I want to join Hearts but they (Medeama) say they won't let me go," Halm told Accra-based Asempa FM.

"I have spoken to Hearts officials and agreed to a deal and they are now speaking to the Medeama people.

"I however feel Medeama don't want me to go but I would like to move on.

"They brought in Foli Adade while I was here so I want to go and challenge myself elsewhere to brighten my national team chances."

Halm hopes to complete his dream move to the Phobians before the Premier League registration window shuts on Friday evening.
