Ollenu Ashitey is delaying to pen a new contract with Hearts of Oak because of arrears in salary and transfer fee.
The former Ghana U20 player is owed GHc 4,000 signing on fee on from his old contract.
He is owed four months salary.
Ashitey's representative want all debts settled before he commits his future to the club.
