Serbian giants Partizan Belgrade are set to make an official offer for Ghana striker Prince Tagoe who is a free agent.

The 26-year-old has left Turkish giants Bursaspor on mutual consent and he is on the market looking for a new club.

Tagoe played on loan at Partizan from TSG Hoffenheim in the 2010/2011 season where he won the League and Cup double.

He scored 12 goals (9 league and 3 cup goals) in all competitions.

That happens to be the only successful spell he has had in Europe in his professional career.

Tagoe spent the second half of last season on loan at Saudi side Ittifaq where he scored one goal in 8 appearances.
