Sulley Muntari: Pescara ace hopeful of Seria A survival

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari insists Pescara have enough quality to stave off the threat of being relegated from the Seria A this season.

The Dolphins have endured a frustrating campaign this term as they lie bottom of the table.

They host AC Milan on Sunday hoping for a big turnaround in a season which has gone from bad to worse.

Relegation is looming large for Pescara with just nine games to end the season.

But new recruit Sulley Muntari remains confident his side can escape the drop.

"It's not over, we still believe the important thing is to stay together and work hard to try and salvage the situation." he said

The Ghana international joined Pescara in the winter as a free agent, where he has scored once in three appearances so far.
