Hearts of Oak midfielder Winful Cobbinah says he is ready for the challenge of playing for the club this season.

Cobbinah who is making his second stint at the Rainbow club rejoins the side after a disappointing spell in Saudi Arabia with Al Najran.

In an exclusive interview with Citi-Sports, the gifted midfielder says he is well aware of the pressure associated with playing for the club and is relishing the opportunity to dawn the Hearts jersey once again.

"I'm not new to this team. I know Hearts of Oak is a big club with very high expectations. I just have to train hard and be focused and just hope for the best.

In football no matter what you'll be criticized. You just have to remain focused and play your own game.

I leave everything to the coach, he's the one who is in control and anytime he calls me I'll be ready to deliver. I just have to train hard and be focused," he said.

Hearts will be boosted by the return of the midfielder as he has been cleared to face Tema Youth after receiving his International Transfer Certification, and will be hoping to be the creative catalyst goal shy Hearts have been missing this season.
